The 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' actor has passed away
American actor Andre Brower, known worldwide for acting in TV series like 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine', 'Homicide: Life on the Street', has died. The Guardian reported that he died yesterday. He was 61 years old.
Andre Brower won two Emmy Awards for his role in 'Homicide: Life on the Street' in 1998 and the mini-series 'Thief' in 2006. He has been nominated 11 times throughout his career.
Andre Brower has worked equally in two mediums – TV and film. He made his acting debut with the movie 'The Glory' in 1989. He has been seen in several movies including 'City of Angels', 'Frequency', 'Duets', 'Salt' in his four-decade career.
Andre Brower will be remembered for his role as Raymond Holt in the comedy series 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine'. Apart from this, he was found in many TV serials including 'Good Fight', 'The Practice'.
Recently Andre Brower acted in a movie named 'She Said'. He played the role of managing editor of New York Times.
Andre Brower was born on July 1, 1962 in Chicago. He studied theater at Stanford University on scholarship.
